Great service

I ordered multiple items, returned all of them. One didn't work and another did not contain a full description on the website. Only had fantastic experiences in store, but I wouldn't be inclined to order online again.

I online bought Samsung watch with Samsung earbuds. The Samsung watch came with completely different strap than advertised in the picture, The charger from the watch was dirty and not even the correct plug for it, Had to return the airbuds because both were absolutely useless couldn't hear anything from them. Both both in (b) condition. Won't be using cex again, Modern day gangsters. Retuning products was simple enough and straightforward

Earbuds were excellent, better than I expected even though they were described as "mint" I was still surprised at just how good they were. As good as new!

The controller that came with the console is faulty, and they didn't include a controller charging cable nor a hdmi cable. However, customer support promptly rectified the situation, replacing the controller and supplying the missing cables.

All my dealings with CeX are a pleasure. They have a great returns policy and staff are always very helpful. Their shipping prices are reasonable and seem to match what you would expect from AnPost.
