Despicable!!!

Despicable!!! The main problems with CEX are overall apathy and the customer care department! I am using this forum to address them, in particular Sagar, their representative that responded to my last review! In essence, I contacted days ago, got one email, which I replied to and since then nothing! I have sent a second email since and again, nothing! I write a trustpilot review or which I get a response on site from Sagar, offering apologies and inane excuses! And then nothing, my questions are still unanswered, my issues still not addressed! I would suggest to Sagar that instead of writing disingenuous responses to complaints, in the same frame of time you could have actually addressed a customer’s complaint and pethsps even helped the customer! Apathetic and disgraceful, the only ways to describe this company, without question, in Ireland at the very least! I do believe this is a problem within the Irish branch, where quite simply, nobody cares!

1 stars well deserved because I've been told by this shop workers to order online so I can receive my product which I listened and it was mistake then I have to wait a month like I just ordered from China then I give a complain I have to wait days to find out what happen and in the end it sounds my product is lost. Nice first time experience never will order from this again

click and collect

I did a click and collect, I thought I was going to be in near that cex that day, but my plans changed, I think an offer of delivery if you dont collect your item would be amazing, just drop an email if the item is uncollected and pay for delivery but at the moment that's not possible. The ear phones where good i got them in the end but I wish they folded smaller for easy travel but I'm happy anyway, maybe more pics online of the item would help with confusion like this

On a few occasions I purchased an item very important for Christmas. It said it was in stock and then five days later it said cancelled. I then got an email to say it was back In stock so I reordered for the same thing to happen again . The system just not efficient enough . I would not go near cex again . Also ordered lots for collection only to be told on arrival about 7 items missing or not in saleable condition

Edit: I received an email from customer service offering a replacement and they were very polite. I did not take them up as I am happy with my product so I can't speak to the return process but it is good to see the quality customer service. My issue is that I purchased a New 2ds XL that was "unboxed" for 235 Euro and received a "discounted" product which should have costed 210 Euro. The product only has a couple of scratches and overall is perfectly functional but the fact I was sent a lesser product is very dissappointing. I should note this is my first time buying from CeX and could be confused about the condition system or pricing etc, but i specifcally paid for unboxed and got a product with a label saying "discounted", if it's my fault it should be much clearer what I am paying for.
