EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Couldn't find a disc version of NO MAN'S SKY VR2 anywhere else in Ireland. BRILLIANT service. GREAT to be able to get the gift to light up a youngsters Christmas Day.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Games had booklets too which was nice to see.

Do not buy a used phone from this group. I bought a redmi note 11, system started crashing after a day. Issued a refund for cash as I paid cash. So bought another phone from them (redmi 10s). Dodgy charge port as soon as I plugged it in. Issued a cash refund. Third time lucky i bought a poco x3 pro. Phone would crash when I put my sim card in, worked fine with another sim but told that no refund would be given as its a sim problem. My sim worked on any other phone except this one. Only refund I could get was a voucher for there stores. A dodgy second hand car dealer is safer. Also the staff attitude needs to be addressed as its awful. Staff were excellent and really friendly

2 of the 3 items I ordered were listed as being "in store". When I ordered them I received an email saying those 2 items were "unable to be sourced".

I ordered a product that was advertised with components I did not recieve. The product is un-usable and the purchase was a waste of time and money. Customer support was friendly and helpful although there was no resolve. If a product does not contain the necessary items for it to function, then maybe let people know?
