I felt like we were not welcome from the pick up at the airport to our departure. Cab driver blamed us for slow lines at customs. Inadequate demo of alarm. Did not use washer or dryer or dishwasher as all warnings, including phone suggested sanctions. WiFi only worked on floor near the portal. Cable access bad. And when I requested access to parking for rental car they said it had to be arranged in advance. The site states it is available without any of that disclosure. Finally, it gets two stars instead of one because it is a decent location for access to important lications in London. But that is about it. Will not use again. Thank you.

Amazing location! Wonderfully helpful team to work with. I would recommend going through Home from Home if staying in London for an extended period of time. Every question answered; polite, helped with other travel arrangements. Cannot say enough positive about the experience.

Great options for a family of 6, needing 3 bedrooms and space to spread out! The home we rented in Notting Hill was PERFECT!...and we are anxious to return soon!

Excellent service and amenities, the flat was as described and when we needed more chairs and more kitchen utensils and glasses, these were immediately provided. Also excellent car service from and to the airport.

What we received was what we expected. They accommodated last minute changes. Price was reasonable.

The service from Home from Home can vary depending on who manages your booking. I have used them three times for accommodation in London and the first time in September last year was the best. Things stepped down in April this year and then down again in Spetember this year. Specific booking items were missed and the third property was a result of a cancelled booking and no where near the standard I expected.

All staff great! All went very well. I will use them again.
