This apartment was not up to standard. We note they still have the same photos and there is no view of the river in summer . When the leaves are falling - yes. This is one of the noisiest areas in Chelsea. The carpet and floor was dirty and was cleaned during our stay.We wasted 2 days of our holiday calling and sorting out problems. Will never use them again.

We have used Home from Home on several occasions since 2008 and have been completely satisfied with the service. We have found the descriptions of the properties to be accurate and have not been disappointed with our accommodation.

Clean, pleasant location but apartment building a housing conversion, so was not entirely happy with that. However, owners did a very good job maximising the interior decor/ space, which helped much to make up for that. Very pleasant decor and polished homeware sundries, albeit a little smaller in person than pictures indicated. Loved the feeling of being at “home” but not that the owner had vacated; space felt super clean and “professional.” Later used a competitor “super luxury” originally French rental service and the apartment was more expensive, very disappointing; great location but very shoddy not truly clean, terrible handover etcetc. Homefromhome is infintely more trustworthy. Slight issue with handover and cleaning (unsure how to operate the buzzer to let us in; unsure of vacuum operation of vacuum left in our care). Regardless, overrall excellent experience and would absolutely use this service again.

Generally very satisfied with the service. A few communication issues between HFH and the driver and the cleaners that created some friction. But would definitely use HFH again.

Pro shop, excellent service, communication, and accurate full descriptions of their managed properties. Even coordinated black car transport too and from the airport. Highly recommended
