Over all I'm glad to have had this as a tool to reduce the shock of paying for my dog's surgery, but after looking at the app and arranging payment I discovered that the way they set up auto pay (and don't let you make changes) is quite predatory. Be sure to set reminders to pay your installments manually. Any extra you put towards it won't reduce later payments, just push back the next. Its designed in a way to make you forget to pay so they can hit you with all the interest at the end.

So easy to enroll in Scratchpay, payment plans were very simple and if paid off in six month or less, no interest. Will use again if and when needed.

Changed my life having this option. Knowing I can go at any time and that I don't have to scrape up the cash all at once makes all the difference. With 4 cats and 3 dogs you never know what can happen! Especially with emergencies.
