Great option without interest

Please update the website. The link that is sent to remind you about your automatic payment sends you to a screen that wants a new application. That is NOT where one pays their bill. Very Very user UN-Friendly. Once I called scratch pay he gave me the website to pay my bill in full. I had a difficult time understanding the Customer Service Rep. Had to have him repeat constantly. Nice man but too hard to understand. Love the company that helps with my pet.

I have used scratchpay twice now. The first time when my dog was playing outside and managed to slice his back leg open. Emergency vet and stitches cost more than I could afford. Saw my vet had a flier for scratchpay, gave it a try, and was approved. A few months later, while I am still working on paying off Bodhi's stitches, I ended up having to put my dog Annie to sleep; she lived 16 years but her heart started to fail her. I was anxious and nervous, knowing I already had a loan with scratchpay, but desperate to give Annie the care and then the cremation she deserved. I was able to get approved for a second loan with scratchpay. I will always recommend this service. Without it, I do not know where I would be. Sure, there's carecredit, but it's not perfect, and I lost my account awhile back when my bank returned a payment. I've just now paid off Bodhi's loan, and as it was within the six month period, I paid it off with no interest! The monthly payments were reasonable, as is Annie's and I'm currently working on paying off Annie's with zero interest as well! If you ever need help with emergency vet bills, scratchpay is absolutely the way to go. While I hope I never have to use it again, it'll always be the first place I turn to when I need help.
