I know good reviews are few and far between anymore. But I appreciate the level of patience and dedication they have provided me through the entire experience. My french bulldog needed an extensive surgery and this was my only option at the time. When I had troubles with payment timing, they are very understanding and helpful. The customer experience through Scratch has been pretty awesome. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy payments helped me

i have had an account for a long time and paid them off. now you wont approve me for another loan. because of credit score. i have credit card that i had to live off during covid. but i thought i have built credit with this company. i guess they don't take that into consideration. i have always paid no matter what. i applied for a stray cat that was bad. i couldn't go to the vets and the cat passed away. two month old kitten. i did let my vet know what happened with program. they might not recommend this place anymore to there clients. i am disappointed in this program. i help a lot of cats.

My experience was excellent. I wouldn't have been able to get my dog the help that she needed if it wasn't for Scratchpay's help. The application and approval processes were both quick and very simple, I was approved in minutes. After I received approval I took my dog to her appointment and as i was checking out I simply told them that I would be paying with scratch pay and the receptionist took care of it from there. They sent me an email every time my payment was about to be due and took it right out of my account as a auto payment. I did have any issues at all.

Having Scratchpay, as an option for the vet helps so much. When an animals need arises, it's comforting to know that there is another option for funds, when money can be tight.
