My frame was broken in shipment, but Addison Ross quickly resolved the issue and sent a new frame in the post. Great customer service.

Purchased a set of four navy table mats and a set of four matching coasters, both items were extremely well packaged and each had their own dust jacket to protect from scratches. Absolutely delighted with the quality and finish of the lacquer, and they look wonderful on the table.

I cannot recommend Addison Ross more ,not only do they have lovely products to buy but they are the nicest company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and the customer service goes above and beyond to help you. They delivered so promptly too - I honestly could not fault them. If only every company was as nice to deal with. Just have to mention too how helpful Cath was! Thank you Addison Ross.

Arrived late for a special occasion! The website advertised as next day, that option was not available at checkout so had to select 3-4 days and even then arrived on the 5/6th day! Add insult to injury, I had to go collect the item despite being at home all day. Their contact number also does not work! Would never have ordered and I have known this before hand!
