Their photo printing option is not great so don’t trust it! They inserted someone else’s photo into the frame I ordered and I gave it to my niece unopened as a present! Very embarrassing and careless on their behalf. The shouldn’t offer this service if they can’t get it right or don’t have quality control. Receiving another person’s private photo from their order feels like an invasion of their privacy. What a bad experience.

The ordering process was simple and the quality of the photograph frame is very good. The item was packed well and will make an excellent present.

Very happy with my purchases of 2 silver and white flower photo frames. Purchased for a birthday present. The postage was exceptional especially when it was posted quickly and free to Western Australia. Will definitely be checking out Addison Ross website in the future.

Ordered a frame with uploaded picture for a gift for my daughter. Email received today simply saying order cancelled, no follow email with an explanation. Absolutely dreadful service. Will not be buying from them again...
