Great products from a great company. The customer service is excellent and helped me out when I had made an error on an order but needed a quick exchange, I received the new frame next day. This is a proper company with real people supplying quality products.

I purchased a frame as a gift and it arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and looked to be a really good quality frame. However it had a small scratch so I called customer service and was met with an amazing response - another frame arrived the next day! The communication from order to delivery was excellent too, I was even given a 1 hour delivery slot! I couldn't be happier with both my purchase and also the service I received. This is a great place if you want high quality gift frames. They come really beautifully wrapped and you see from the backs, where have velvet backs with neat little silver discs to open frame backs that frames are made very well.

Just received my clock and photo frame. I am so impressed with the quality of both. I also love the fact you can upload a picture for them to print and put in the frame for you free of charge Such a brilliant idea and makes a marvellous present. The clock and frame were packaged in a luxurious box and were wrapped in tissue paper. I also received the goods free of charge within two days of ordering. I will be recommending this company to my friends and ordering again for Christmas presents.
