I just started my policy with People's Trust and my rating is only based on the application and inspection process. I may have more knowledge of their performance after my renewal next year.

Haven't needed to make any claims but acquiring insurance with people's trust has been great. I'll interactions with them so far have been five star quality.

The company quoted us a premium based on information already on file, accepted our premium, sent an inspector who didn't know what he was doing for an updated inspection, then tried to increase our premium by about 50%. We then insisted on a new inspector, who had to be convinced what he was looking at, finally agreed with us, and the company relented and accepted the amount of the already-paid yearly premium. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

So far no problem.

This is my first year with Peoples. Service and communication, by phone & e-mail have been efficient & timely. The Peoples agent helped me to select the appropriate coverages at a lower rate. I recommend Peoples for home insurance
