My policy and price I believe to be very good , I pay quarterly and due to the covid 19 issues , I have been out of work. I actually missed my pay date more due to it being a new policy than the virus. I never got a payment reminder , or a call , just a cancelation notice. I payed the next day , but a courtesy call for most companies are the norm these days . I felt like this was so impersonal , and due to the times would have expected an email knowing the country is shut down asking if I had trouble paying to give them a call . I'm lucky it wasn't a problem just an oversight on my part , everyone that bills my household sent notices regarding payment, but not peoples choice

The only issue i have is the price quoted changed after I took out the policy and was billed an additional amount over the quoted price.
