Check with your employee, Joy. She can fill you in. I have not received one bit of contact from your company before receiving a cancellation notice because I have not sent in an additional 1637.00, doubling the policy cost 5 months after you issued it. No billing, no inquiry, nothing. I expected much more from the company, great adds, smooth sales people, poor communications. God help me if I ever have a claim!!!!!

Your low pricing is the best feature

Your pricing is reasonable for for my older home. The penalty fee is the lowest of any insurance company I've come across. I did NOT like that my rate went up simply because my roof type was reported inaccurately (unintentionally). I didn't think that should make hundreds of dollars a year difference to my premium. That's not THAT big a risk factor.
