I am having problems with the motor or clutch or controller. It is intermittent so don’t know when it will happen. I have emailed at least 6 times to Leo. What I get from Himiway is take a video work we can see what is happening and hear the motor. That is great however it only occurs when ridding so how can I take a video of it. I have asked to be able to call and talk to a tech like I can at GE. HIMIWAY emailed me back and said a tech would call but guess what. No call. So far I have purchased and installed a new clutch and motor still same problem. I was a big fan of himiway as I have over 8,000 miles on bike. Now when I need help “crickets”. Himiway where are you?????????????

Great bike for the price, minor problem with the front fender from shipping which was replaced right away. Very happy with the bike it has a lot of torque and a long-distance battery.

i bought a step thru cruiser and I love it. No issues and I ride it every day. Solid bike. Well worth the money.

Himiway’s customer service has been responsive and helpful in my experience.

I have the Himiway escape pro. I have used it for about 90 miles. 2 multi terrain one hour bike rides. Stone, sand, pavement, grass, and even rugged areas where there is chopped wood in trails where they cut down trees for fire wood, small dips where there is water. The only area I struggled with was dry and fine sand and it’s probably because I was not going fast enough when the bike met the sand. I am about 5 feet tall and about 175, the bike handles beautifully with the shocks and dips on the trails. I’ve since getting the bike changed the front rotor that seemed to warp just a little during travel package and delivery making the bike squeak. The customer service was superb. I added mirrors for added security and make small runs to the market and use the Front basket to carry things without a problem. The front light could use some improvement in being brighter and wider. It is however overall a great bike, for beginners like me in the e-bike world and for older peeps. The pedal assist does not take much to master. It is a great feature, you can also ride the bike like a regular bicycle turned off, which I do to give my 5 year old rides. I searched for bikes a ton. And am very happy that I chose himiway because they are amazing communicators and customer service reps. They have videos to trouble shoot, they are very timely and they have quite a few options in bikes. I would choose them again in the near future when I hand this bike down to my 13 year old and get myself a new one though Himiway.

C1 bike - fun when it’s working! My daughter and her friends have all had a great time riding this around. Unfortunately shortly after purchase the bike stopped working, no power to the throttle. Initially they thought it was the controller box. Was disappointed when they charged $35 to send a new box since the bike was only a few months old and the part is pretty small and light, not costing that much to ship. After talking to customer service again they did refund me $20 of the $35. The controller box was not the issue and the bike would still not work. We tested the wiring again and found it was one of the wires from the controller box to the throttle. Himiway replaced this cable at no cost, just had to wait for it to ship from China. Overall we really like the bike, just unfortunate that it was faulty so early on and even with their warranty you have to pay for “shipping.”

I have a Himiway escape. I am disabled,but the bike is easy on and easy off. Dependable and fun to ride. The seat is like a motorcycle seat,big and comfortable.

Easy to assemble and unpack. Bike rides very nice, made some changes due to my height 6'4" tall and 270 lbs. The only draw back was the weight of the bike. I bought a Himiway bike rack, it should have come with a ramp.

I contacted Himiway about a replacement shock guard. They responded promptly the next morning and Paco got all my info and had the item shipped out with new screws and hardware the next day. Great experiences with customer service.
