Delivery to a 3rd party for assembly and home delivery (with guidance about how the bike worked) was critical for us. Customer service has been quick and efficient with questions about random things I've needed for insurance purposes. I rode one mile my first day which was a lot since I hadn't ridden a bike in 10+ years. I rode two miles my second day. Health and wellness is in my future! Thanks, Himiway!

Beware Himiway is a very irresponsible business. Poor manufacturing!! The front tire release faulted out causing front tire to fall off while our grandson was riding causing multiple injuries. We have read this has happened to others. We have been trying to work with Himiway without going through legally. The promise full refund within 2-3 weeks of returning bike to them. We trusted them and returned bike and it’s 3 weeks and still no refund has been issued.we have been going back and forth since July 2,2024 and now they don’t even respond and don’t even try to contact by phone because it’s impossible no one ever answers or returns call. So BEWARE of this company

I recently ordered and received a D5 Zebra. Ordering process was easy. Himiway kept me informed of my shipment via many emails and fedex tracking. The bike: 750w 48V@20Ah gives is plenty of power for around town and dirt road/trail riding. It is a heavy bike. But it is well built. The payload limit is 400lbs. The rear rack is beefy and wide. Hydraulic brakes are adequate. It would be nice if the brakes had a bit bigger disks. I am an heavier rider so (270lbs) so the front forks are always bottoming out. But for a lighter rider they would fine. Lighting. Rear brakelight is bright. Headlight is great for greenbelt/pathway and city riding. The seat is comfortable for about 20miles then it starts to become a big uncomfortable. I got the torque sensor version. The sensor is a bit unrefined because it is not as responsive as I would like but it is better than a cadence sensor. Maybe there is an adjustment that can be made in the control panel. I have opened it up to PAS3 level and can top out at 28mph. Overall a great value for the price.

Excellent Customer Support. Often w/ new products there is a learning curve and Himiway has been there for me consistently & w/ resolution. That's tough to come by in this exploding E-Bike market. Thx Himiway !

I love this bike. It is a pleasure to ride and easy to operate. The price point was fair and the quality appears to be top notch. I purchased the D3 ST. They have several other models on their website. Check them out.

Amazing bike- amazing customer service My son damaged the handle and front brake when he slipped through a puddle. Customer service was prompt and super responsive and helped me get it fixed quickly. I was surprised how great they were. Highly recommend.

Ordered a part on 8/27and have no info on order and can’t track order. If the part I ordered fixes my issue going to sell bike and get a Rad e-bike highly disappointed. Worst customer service ever.

The d7 pro is an incredibly built emtb,its built like a tank,any mountain I throw at it is no problem.i love this bike,I can't wait till the next day to ride again,where I live I always seen younger riders go off path to the steep mountains that I wouldn't dare journey towards,so my first experience with the d7 was a shocker with all the power and tourque from the bafang m620,its like so easy to tackle the rugged mountains,the suspension is perfect,and the brakes are really powerful,I'm 6'1 280lbs,it descends me down the mountain with assurance of my powerful tektro Dorado 4 piston hydraulic brakes,and massive thick rotors,I'm so glad I purchased the d7 pro,it truly is a beast of an emtb.thanks himiway,you knocked it out the ballpark,plus everyone loves my bike, tons of likes,I would highly recommend this bike to anyone on the fence of thinking of purchasing an powerful emtb,at a good price ,well worth it.
