I have ordered parts from Himiway support in the past. Even though the parts I needed are not commonly ordered like two complete output terminal panels for two batteries which a shorted controller damaged. Recently, I ordered replacement fenders for my bike which arrived on time.

So far, the Himiway team has been responsive when I have had questions.

C1 e-bike came quickly, great communication and updates. The bike is constructed excellent , the seat is very comfortable, design excellent, very powerful, great hydraulic brakes, an excellent long range battery. I added a front headlight and 2 red flashers on each side for safety. The $150 discount code from utube video reviews was a bonus. This is the best kids e-bike on the market for sure !
