We are very pleased with our Brustor B200XL Pergola. After looking at many alternatives the quality of the product and the fact we could order a bespoke size made our decision. Boardview came across as a professional company and Melissa was always very helpful with any information quickly communicated back to us. Installation team turned up on time and worked all day in the rain and did a great job, I couldn't fault them.

After researching many different makes of pergola, we soon realised the Brustor was far superior, so two months ago we had one fitted by Broadview, with 3 side screens (one bespoke size), a three-stage heater and lights. It is such good quality and we are very pleased with it. The whole process with Melissa was dealt with very professionally; she answered many of our questions and kept us updated at all times. The team that came to install the pergola were a great bunch of guys, very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We are really pleased with our new shutter blinds. The two fitters Clive and Ryan were excellent and were thoughtful in removing their shoes and were friendly and very professional. Melissa and the team were great, even we ordered the pergola in October 2021 but due to our house refurb taking longer than expected we could only get installed in July this year. Currently writing this review sitting under the pergola and it's transformed our garden. Be careful to note at the surveyor stage any changes in heights between where it's fixed to the wall and the legs are resting on the ground, as we had a slight last minute issue, but the installation team - putting it in on the hottest day the UK's ever seen - was truly above and beyond. The Brustor 150XL with heating, lighting and a side cassette is worth every penny, and Broadview were brilliant throughout.

Sales process to order quick and clear. Staff were helpful and concise with information. Technical assistance was exemplerary. Sales director knew his stuff and it clearly showed his knowledge and experience. From order to installation was quiet. Customers need to feel loved and acknowledged, not forgotten about! It would have been nice to get a follow up call before install to confirm date, start time etc. The install team were troopers. They fought through the 40 degree heat in an organised, methodical, quick and efficient manner, with humour. They were helpful and well mannered and went above and beyond to deliver a superb job. Product is great. Looks fab and works well. Brustor is not a well known or advertised brand. A High mid ranged product, good quality and robust. Not the cheapest on market but Broadview Shading Solutions delivered.
