We spent a long time evaluating awnings for our race weekends and I was often seen touring the paddock to see what other competitors had invested in. Broadview was clearly a leading supplier in this field and their friendly staff were very helpful and willing to add discounted or even free extras. Our order was not straightforward as it began around the first lockdown due to covid and we were only able to try the awning until normality finally approached. There were issues with the awning but this was down to a sloppy local courier who had inflicted damage which was not discovered until unpacked. When I spoke to Gary Watts he and Broadview came up trumps and could not have been more helpful in getting us fully operational. A team like this restores one's faith in human nature. My thanks to Gary and the team. An exceptional job well done, I don't believe anyone else would have done suo much for us. We are very proud of our purchase and Broadview is now "one of the family". I love my Glass Pergola fitted by Broadview, it is a really sturdy construction, the slatted roof which rotates up to 360 degrees, to let in sunlight, is a brilliant design. I went for all glass sides and am not disappointed as I feel I am in the garden but am sheltered by the elements. I would highly recommend Broadview, from the excellent sales and customer care we received from Melissa Pratt at headoffice to the installation team lead by Mike Lingham. We were kept well informed of all stages and processes of our order. The installation team were really quick and efficient. They arrived on time, were polite, helpful and left the site in pristine order.
