I ordered 3 products on the 3rd Feb for a friends birthday. One was sent out by a 3rd party and arrived very quickly. The other 2 items didn't arrive until the 20th Feb. Although I don't expect Amazon style next day delivery from a small business, this is pretty slow. The items were off the shelf, not personalised. I didn't find the customer service very helpful, being told they were dispatching on the 10th when they actually dispatched on the 17th. Nice products but let down by delivery and service on this occasion.

VILLAGER JIM'S COTTAGE We stayed at the cottage (Tiny one room studio) in February 2023. We arrived and had no notification of the code to let us in as stated, so had to wait outside! for someone to answer our phone calls!!. Eventually someone got back to us so we could get in!! The front door was warped and couldn't close properly, the kitchen draws and some cupboards were dirty, as a welcome gift we were left 1 individual bakewell tart and 2 soft digestive biscuits, not what you expect when paying alot for holiday accommodation. We had trouble with the internet (BT not there fault) which messed up the heating, so we then realised we couldn't override the heating to warm up the studio, and its was below freezing out. You would of thought seeing as Jim lives next door one of them would of popped in to sort see how things were and if all was sorted? Nothing not a peep out of anyone the whole holiday! I understand Jim wants to remain anonymous, but thats just not good enough when people are paying a lot of money for there holiday accommodation, they expect more. The area is outstanding thankfully but would not recommend the studio at all.
