Family tree with name was a Xmas gift, my sister-in-law loved it so much she put it up in the hallway so it is the first thing guests see & everyone has commented it.

Super customer service and prompt delivery. The clock could have white or silver hands as black really doesn't show up, otherwise it looks great in our kitchen and husband is happy with his present. The metal dog heads are brilliant and also well received.

Just a tiny bit disappointed that the ‘pebble’ (huge!) is so white, that the wording doesn’t stand out very well. I decided to add some colour to the engraved letters and numbers and have sprayed it with a clear matte varnish.

I am really pleased with the goods and service. The plaque made me cry but is so beautiful. It is for my sister who lost her spaniel over Christmas. I could not recommend Villager Jim enough. Excellent service.
