This is my second loan with Avant. The web site is easy to use and the service was exceptional. I was offered a couple loans with a slightly lower rate but due to the professionalism of their staff and the great customer service I decided to stick with Avant for my needs.

They did good gathering the correct information and processed the application in a timely manner.

The card is great … the tech support is ok

Being approved for the loan was what I needed & Avant filled that need. The interest rate is so ridiculously high and I only agreed because I needed the money

Haven't got my card in a timely manner so I don't know what my limit is or anything else like that I was told 5 to 7 days and still haven't gotten it

I was at a local expo, I went to use the card, it was declined. Called customer service, was told to try again in 5 minutes. Tried again, declined. Tried customer service at least 6 times, kept getting disconnected. Finally, made contact, was told that advant doesn't support vendors using square, and to find a different vendor. By then, I had used a different card without any problems. It seems to be bad practice to tell a customer where to shop or find another vendor. Advant needs to get with the times and support small businesses using square.
