Had to pay to send item back to Poland v expensive - still awaiting a response

All documents in German, could have been a five.

The colour of the blind is nothing like the colour I chose from the website. Very disappointing.

This sail was bought for my camper van. It’s absolutely brilliant. Lovely quality.

Excellent service - cane in perfect order and exactly what we paid for. The delivery service was also excellent. I’d recommend them - they do what they promise and promptly.

I bought this for my conservatory roof. It keeps the sun out and keeps the room shaded. Quality is good and delivery was fast.

I would give 1* for the parasol i ordered as it was a completely different colour[ limey green] to the ecru ordered and was very cheap plastic not metal . However, I will say that the customer service service lady did respond to e mails/ telephone calls promptly and i have now been refunded in full. I waited in for 4 days for the courier to collect the item who tried to make out the item was not ready as it was not with the concierge in the post room, we have neither of these so clearly they did not come ! This is not the fault of Domondo but it was very annoying. I did not realise when ordering that although the office is in the UK , the item was made in China and then stored and shipped from Poland, as well as making the item very unsustainable it means items are sent out without quality checking which i guess is where the problem lies which is a shame.

Wasn’t sure what star rating to give. The website, price, communication and delivery were 5 Star. I can’t rate the actual equipment as the weather hasn’t been great since I got it so I haven’t used it but the quality of the stand and umbrella looks very good so I suspect it will be a 4/5 star rating too.

Good product, the instructions were a little confusing as parts were already assembled but I received quick help via email so appreciate the aftercare.
