Ordered a patio umbrella. Nothing wrong with the umbrella, but it wasn't exactly what we wanted. Contacted Domodo via email and was told UPS courier would collect on the Monday. On the Monday UPS didn't arrive but DPD did, picked it up the item and was given a tracking number and I advised Domondo. Tuesday UPS came to pick it up, explained to them that it had been picked up by DPD. Thursday another UPS courier came to pick up same item. Emailed Domondo Customer Service to advise them of the happenings. Not heard anything back a week later. Just hope we get our money back and it hasn't been delivered to someone else.
