Lovely item, just what was wanted ... Very good price and fast delivery.

Whilst delivery is slower than I would like, with several days mysteriously taken up just "processing" the order before it is sent out*, the item came well packaged and undamaged and is a nice product at a good price. *I had a video call scheduled and the parcel should have arrived the day before so that the blinds could be a nice background and hide all the mess in my room behind me. With the processing time, it actually came two days too late!

The plastic back, that fits in the wall, of the blind had been cut too short, so we had to cut down the metal rod that runs inside of it, to match. The long strip of double sided foam was missing as well Otherwise ok. Well you did ask, twice. However, a partial refund was issued with keenness to make amends

Having accidentally ordered the same product twice I called the customer service line and was informed they couldn’t cancel the 2nd order and I’d need to reject it on the doorstep. This I did (arrived in good time I will say). After a week and no refund I called and was told they knew the item was being returned, as soon as it was in warehouse the refund would be processed. Now, almost 3 weeks since rejecting the order still no refund and no one has answered the phone having been on hold for more than 15 minutes. Poor and disappointing service.

Nice sail at a very reasonable price. Kept updated regarding delivery etc. Very happy with order.

Lovely blinds. I bought the Day/Night blinds (fixed into recess) and they are great; i’ve had so many compliments on them. Unfortunately there was some slight fraying of the material which i have been able to fix myself but why i cannot give 5 stars. Also the instructions are ok, but could be a little clearer. However, would (and have) recommend! Will use again.
