The delivery arrived on time. Instructions were reasonably easy to follow. Very strong well made and even in our 80s we are able to put it up and down safely. It is like having a shady spot always available in hot weather. Thankyou

The cantilever part of the item works well and I am perfectly happy with it. The problem I have is that I chose a 3 metre round parasol in Ecru. Unfortunately the sun shines straight through it. I believe the problem is caused by the material of the parasol being of a nylon type and consequently very thin. Thank you for your response. However I think in your response you miss my point which is that the parasol does not prevent the suns rays coming through, ie when sitting under it when the sun is out you are not in complete shadow, some of the seats under the parasol are still in sunshine.

I bought a banana parasol and it stated base included but wasn’t I emailed and they was trying to say the the bottom where it stands up from ( the stand ) was what the ment by the base very misleading and they definitely need to change that I won’t be buying from them again
