We bought a 3 x 3m gazebo that has only been used in the summer for 2 years. The blue colour has faded badly and the fabric cover has failed at the corner seam. Despite their claim that you can get many years of enjoyment All Seasons were not willing to help us by offering any discount on a replacement cover. Poor value for money.

We got a 3m by 3m gazebo with walls, it can be put up comfortably by 2 people, also with some care and no wind 1 person. We've had it for 2 years. We're in Southern Scotland so we have used it in spring summer and autumn, when it is not too windy. It’s seems to cope with about a 25 mph wind. After that I think you'd be risking it. So we do put it up and down a lot, which is a pain, but only about 30mins each time. The weak points in the design are how well the Velcro is sown on. We had 2 that were not sown properly (looked rushed) and so they came off very quickly, but the ones sown on properly have stayed. The key weak point is the 4 corner guy ropes, they are terrible and snap very easily. After one snapped just putting the peg in a little tight I replaced all these with different ones. Considering the importance of these and the cost of them, I’m really surprised that such cheap ones have been used in the first place. I would recommend this mainly for occasional use but even for several weeks if calm weather.

Substandard product

Bought a gazebo a week ago . Put it up in the garden on a sunny day. After only a few hours the sand bags had split. Not fit for purpose so requested a return. Refused a return on the basis that we hadn’t kept the box (our recycling was the day after delivery and we never anticipated the gazebo being substandard) Expected more when we paid over £200 less than a week ago. Wasted money! Absolutely gutted!

Missing bags and no solution

A shame to give 1 star when the gazebos look great (haven't tried to erect them yet though!) Ordered through Amazon and delivered, but the carry cases were missing. the main reason I ordered this model was for the wheeled bags as I don't have a car. I contacted the company direct on 7th June and they were initially very helpful. However, it has now been over two weeks and Fedex have not delivered. the company has tried to sort this out I admit and has passed Fedex our phone number but they appear now to have washed their hands of us. I asked for the parcels to be redirected to another address and they say 'there is nothing further they can do' really think they should use another courier as I've noticed a number of reviews with this kind of feedback

Very poor customer service

Initially purchased a 2x2 gazebo, which has proved to be of decent quality. However, after purchasing the relevant “Superior Side Panel Set” I would strongly recommend NOT to waste your money on these side panels. The PVC window material is far from sufficient, very thin and vulnerable to tearing if you are expecting anything more than a gentle breeze. Attempts to contact the company were made - to no avail, no response received. Poor customer service.

Satisfied Gazebo Customer

Bought a 2m x 2m gazebo during 'covid' so we could socialise outdoors. Absolutely brilliant design and great value. Less than 5min to put up and to take down with two people. Rather than sand in the bags to weight it down, we use a brick in bubble wrap. 3 years on and we're still loving it.

Bought mine in July 2020

Bought mine in July 2020. It goes up in the spring, comes down in October. If strong winds are forecast I will take it down in minutes (alone, but instructions say must have 2 people!). Occasionally gets ‘stolen’ by bike racing partner. The frame is as good as day 1 , the black cover is now grey. Can honestly say that I wish everything I bought was as worth the money I have paid for this. Also, after ordering online on a Sunday in grey I panicked and decided I wanted black. Rang up on Monday, staff really helpful and the black was delivered!

I bought a gazebo from all seasons…

I bought a gazebo from all seasons because I wanted one that would last us a few years..and was under the misconception that if I paid a little extra for one it might last longer. I was wrong, within a couple of months it started to wear out and became discoloured and so this year I have had to replace the entire cover .. the frame is ok but the cover is worse than some of the cheap gazebos I have purchased in the past and I certainly don’t believe it is worth anywhere near the amount of money I paid for it ..

Late delivery, Rude customer service

Ordered an accessory which was under a tenner so had to pay for delivery, £8.64 for delivery! Order after 3 ona a Tuesday so expected 2 days rather than next day so still in time for a party on the Saturday. Then got a message from FedEx on the Friday saying it would be Monday. Rude replies by email from customer service and took ages to refund.

Excellent product bu5 don't bother with chat service

Products are excellent and delivered in good time. Don't bother using the chat service though...no one replies. I resorted to spamming it to try get a response and nada. Will call when it a suitably bad mood
