I purchased a table and chairs from Patio Life two years ago. The table developed a problem so I got in touch with them recently to inform them. I was delighted by the customer service that I received. They responded quickly, got in touch with the manufacturer and within two weeks I had a replacement table. Thank you for the excellent response.

Refund was processed by Patio life immediately when they could not source the item. Patio life advised that the problem is with Barcalycard and we have raised an incident with Barclaycard. Delays were experienced in contact with Patio life initially but now they are in regular contact.

Cantilever Parasol arrived damaged
Cantilever Parasol arrived damaged, followed the process to email them, haven't had the decency to reply so a single email. UPDATE - 13 June - Had a call from one of the directors today, looking into the issue. UPDATE - 20th June - Chased for update “backlog of order and staff shortages” NO UPDATE - 11th July - Still no closer to a resolution, had no update from Patio Life however you can buy one from the website with no backlog! Summer will be over by the time this is resolved!

Have been looking for a new parasol for our garden table and six chairs. Found Patio Life after a google search. They had exactly what we wanted. Size, style and colour. The service we received from them was brilliant. The parasol arrived very quickly.

Extremely poor Customer Service
I ordered a BBQ station and have emailed them and rung several times, having to leave messages, as no one rings back. All I want to know is when it will arrive as it’s been radio silence since I made the order. There is no tracking service and no one to talk to, I wished I’d order the product from someone else. I wouldn’t have written this review if they have contacted me and kept me up to date. It’s a week since I wrote the original review and 2 days afterwards I received an email to say my ordered is being processed - it’s now 3 weeks since I ordered the product. The event that I ordered the product for has been and gone and still no one at Patio Life picks up the phone or answers emails - absolutely appalling.
