Placed an order in December 2020, items were marking on stock on website. Informed that goods are not in stock and they have been ordered after requesting several updates on the status. Delay in goods getting in stock by another 2 months. Agreed by both parties that order is cancelled and refunded. 7 months down the line and the refund has not been given yet!!!

Charged for items that were out of stock and had to chase YOU for a refund on them. Customer service and attention to detail appears to have gone right downhill since Williams Medical took over, won't be ordering again.

Bordering 4/5 stars. Ordered a product and paid extra for next working day delivery. yep...it didn't arrive.... However spoke to customer services, who explained that they had issues with couriers. Running my own business, couriers have let me down so many times. Customer services credited back my full deliver charge. Goods arrived next day.
