No problems, very easy to use.

Placed an order on the 13th of July, notified a couple of items were out of stock. Was updated a week later anticipating the stock would be received within 7-10 days. No further update given. Emailed the sales rep twice asking for an update however has been ignored. Phoned 2/3 weeks ago, assured the stock would be in next week. Nothing has been delivered and again no update given. Currently on hold right now, stating I am caller number one however the line keeps ringing out. I have paid for this order and I am getting very frustrated with having to chase, phone calls ringing out and emails ignored. I’m really disappointed. Really poor customer service. I was on hold for 10 minutes until I gave up. I have previously purchased quite large orders from yourselves with no problem. At this point I think I would just prefer to have my money back. Some items are quite pricey and cheeper else where, one item we can only get form SP has been discontinued but was not informed of this until we tried to order still have the the same issues of placing orders to be told the item is not in stock with a long lead time. we pay via invoice and are getting email "final demand" for invoices that was paid a while ago. most staff in customer service and good and lovely to talk to but room for improvement on communication and website

I placed my order for supplies on line. Was pleased with the ordering process, the speed of the delivery and found the proicing to be very competitive. Would certainly recommend them.

Nice, easy to use site and a great range. Would definitely shop here again. My basket did disappear while I was shopping, search doesn't always return all matching products as you might expect and order confirmation is very slow. A bit of room for improvement but nothing major.
