I have always had a great experience with sp services and only thing I have a problem with is vat as I don't need to pay it but there is no info on how to came back or how not to pay other than that so services is a brilliant company with great staff

My No.1 Preferred Supplier for first aid equipment. I've been using SP Services for a couple of decades and they've never let me down. SP Services also give excellent telephone technical support on the equipment and materials they sell. They've actively assisted in developing new products for civilian first aiders, including helping to develop the Military-based Gunshot Wound / Trauma C-ABC First Aid Pack, which was also developed in collaboration with the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine.

All the products I've bought from SP Services, included their own branded items have been great quality. They have almost everything you'll ever need, and is great for saving items for reorders etc in the future. Unfortunately, where SP Services falls drastically below the mark is their reliability. Many of the items on their website are infact out of stock, but they won't tell you that. You'll have to chase them up after the order hasn't arrived, for them to state that it's not in stock and will be a month before they send it. Unfortunately this happens with nearly every order I place. They don't tell you it's delayed, they wait for you to chase them up when an order doesn't arrive, or when there's items missing. I've previously had to wait 6months for a pouch to arrive. By that time, I had arranged an alternative. All too frequently I've been told by SP that I'll have to wait a month to recieve an item - forcing me to buy it again from another supplier. So, before you place an order with SP Services - consider if you can wait 6months for the items to arrive. If not, find an alternative supplier. UPDATE 20/08/21: My order has finially arrived, nearly 2 months after placing it. I've opened it, only to find that they have sent the wrong item. What a waste of time.
