Slightly longer than expected for postage. Upon arrival, incorrect belt provided and trousers unhemmed (despite telephone operator saying otherwise.) Replacement belt sent out but incorrect in size and no other alternative offered. Poor stock management considering how big of a organisation SP is.

I would just like to say what excellent customer service I've received from SP Services, I ordeered a pair of Tracerlite boots via the website and they were delivered on the 31st of December, unfortunately there was an issue with them so I needed to return them. I went into the Showroom toady and all sorted within a very short time resulting in me leaving with a brand new pair of boots...Thank you.
