It’s second disappointment for me after team promised to maintain standard .it’s kind of granted and ignorance atttitude from the team landed up in failure of shipping n delivery on time I ordered it for use on occasions actually .Even I extended timeline when they had some process issue I asked them to make sure to reach on at least next occasion but they finally end up in failure Courier charges beared by me and even after repeated requests, they choose some local courier on last moment which is taking it’s own sweet time and I kept waiting It was still possible for them to choose some express service which could have made delivery fast . The team is not up to mark and doesn’t match the delivery timeline disappointed with the way of handling the situation

Worst customer experience that have ever encountered. 1. Firstly they deliver my order to a different address even after requesting that it needs quick delivery as I was leaving to United States. 2. The point of contact says multiple lies a. The shawl did not go through QA check .b. The shawl is out of stock. After insisting they agreed their mistake 3. Now the customer they delivered to won’t return the product, so it’s delayed and I left to US. 4. They have resent the product after we selected new shawls again to Hyderabad address instead of Pune. 5. Again we had to wait for it to be returned to Delhi and finally got delivered to US and Pune respectively. Will never buy from weavery ever again. Ahujasons were prompt.

Anshikaa at Weaverstory really made ordering from mumbai very easy. The Benaras fabrics which Weaverstory has are simply gorgeous and even though I was skeptical about not being in person for the measurements even the suits were stitched perfectly and Anshikaa always made a point of getting in touch for any doubts

I 'm sorry to post an honest feedback.,I am deeply worried at my shopping @weavers.Never ever in my life would I attempt it again.The colour of the expensive product displayed was entirely different.But your attitude at claiming the same mesmerized me.Customer's satisfaction is of paramount importance to any reputed firm.Such arguments ofcourse tarnish your reputation...My order no.6757@weavers is the worst experience with respect to my online shopping.Bye.

I live out of India so I rely on websites for ethnic shopping. For traditional sarees WeaverStory.com sarees is my most favorite source. They have all sorts of sarees ! Although recently they removed Baluchari and Bandhej. But smallest details available on the material of sarees. Which is very important. One request please add more of mulberry silk.
