I have recently purchased 2 most beautiful sarees which have just been delivered today. The quality of the sarees is amazing they are so beautiful. The previous 3 sarees I had bought were immaculate, but this one had embroidery threads hanging out (loose ends). My fear is that these threads will eventually come undone. Only time will tell. But first impression of this 4th purchase is not very good. I expected better quality.

Since Weaverstory is a premium company where we pay a premium amount for exquisite pieces, I was expecting better packaging, maybe a small note or some small gift like a matching simple earring with the saree, as shown in the video.

The fabric is awesome as always. I was just bit disappointed with customer care teams response when I was enquiring about the fabrics before making the purchase. It felt they are not interested about my enquire or my intentions to make purchase. Previously they use be prompted with any questions I have about sarees or fabrics.
