Their customer service is impeccable—the first time, the team coordinated payment and delivery to an India address at very short notice. And most recently, they went over and above promptly sending me detailed close-up videos of the sari so I could see the colour and border-zari details more clearly. And very efficient and speedy delivery to USA. I got a beautiful tissue lehenga customised from weaver story and their whole team, especially Parina, was so wonderful and patient through out the whole process. It was all done virtually and it turned out perfect! Beautiful quality weaves and well finished hand embroidery.

I discovered Weaver Story through an online retailer and decided to order through Weaver Story directly. I purchased four items: two sari blouses, a sari, and a black velvet lehenga. Everything was made of premium material and the embroidery on the lehenga was outstanding. All of items came in their own dustbag with the lehenga in a full garment bag. I worked with Anshika throughout the whole process. She was very responsive to my questions and was able to have a blouse quickly redone for me because of an error I had made with my own measurements. For the lehenga she sent me preshipment photos and videos which I greatly appreciated. However, there were a couple of discrepancies I did want to note. The tassels I received on my lehenga were different than the ones on the website. Mine only came with two but the skirt on the website has several and appear to be a different design. Not the biggest deal but should still be disclosed that this detail will vary. Another issue I had is with the delivery time. From when I placed my order (April 8) to delivery (May 18) is twice the time than the 2 to 3 weeks specified on their website. Overall, I would definitely purchase from Weaver Story again and I'm blown away by the quality of what I purchased! Next time I'll allot more time for delivery.
