Bit more detail about the product would have helped one to understand what one is buying. Also, I think return should be allowed even in discounted product if the product is unchanged

I placed an order of Rs. 13,800 you asked me to pay online, I paid. On the day of delivery the dilevery boy asked ms to pay COD even though I have paid. I called on number "098106 46345" she asked me to pay again without any confirmation that she will return my money online. This is so sad that you guys do this to earn money. I want my money back!!!!!

Could have been a 5 star experience if their IT systems were updated. It was just the ease of carrying out the transaction could be improved. Their product and the tailoring service was superb. They answered all the queries and offered suggestions with stitching etc. The delivery and packaging was high class. Overall very satisfied with the product.
