Improvement Needed in Processing
Payment by Check Form allowed no more than 14 digits for A/C number. This created an issue because my A/C number has 17 digits. I had to use an abbreviated A/C number. The order stayed pending for a long time, and I had to follow up. I was told the shipping would be expedited by the latest email indicates it may take 4 weeks or longer for the order to get here. I am used to getting stuff from Canadian Pharmacies within 10 days to 2 weeks. So, it looks like we can use some improvement in the processes.
