I tried to place a new order on Saturday
I tried to place a new order on 8-15-2020 at 3:30 PM EDT because I had received a message encouraging me to resume using Meds Engage. I sent my prescription by email. I never received the promised call back to get my method of payment information or any other indication of life at the business that day. I tried to call on 8-16-2020 but the phone was answered by Offshore Pharmacy not Meds Engage, and I was turned over to leave a recored message, I successfully placed my order with a different pharmacy on 8-16-2020 with which I also have an ongoing relationship in a few minutes including uploading my prescription and making my payment.

Short and sharp ordering. Only problem is that I am unable to use my 1st order discount as the system refuses to accept the code.
Customer service chat
This review is only applicable to my online chat with an associate. The team member was very helpful and stayed in the chat with me to assist with billing and pharmacy questions. He made everything go very smooth, I wish all businesses had such good customer service. I hope everything goes as well with my prescription delivery. I saved $1015.xx ordering with Meds Engage. Unfortunately the only credit card they accept is American Express, they should accept all major credit cards. I was not very comfortable paying them with an online check but I did anyway.

Double charged my account
Double charged my account. Spent three hours on the phone/ was cut off twice and still don't have my credit back in my account. Oh and also my drugs haven't arrived yet!
I was pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process worked. I kept getting updates and notifications as each step moved its way through the system. It was easy to upload my prescription. And, after I did so, I got a notification saying that it had uploaded correctly. Then when I thought everything was done I got notification that I needed to do one more step, everything work nicely. I would recommend meds engage to anyone that needs to purchase medications over the internet.
Worst experience ever....
If possible, I would leave a negative rating. I ordered in March, 2020. My order didn't arrive until July. I was told a multitude of excuses from "It's all COVID related" to "everything is in the mail". What is so interesting about this, the date on the actual script tags was May 18, 2020. So they didn't even fill these until May - a full two months after I ordered and paid for the items. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and only then did I get any information on the shipment. Once it arrived, I called my credit card company to end the dispute and make sure they get paid. Since then I have received emails and a phone call asking about getting paid - despite responding to their note that I ended the dispute. By contrast, another pharmacy emailed me to tell me they have my script, provided me tracking information immediately, and shipped within 36 hours of receipt of the script. If you want headaches, delays, and contrived excuses - these guys are your best bet. If you want service, quick response, and ease of ordering, go anywhere else. I'd rather pay full retail pricing at Walgreen's or CVS then use this company again.

A Canadian Solution
I have been looking for years for a simple solution to have medication sent from Quebec to the US. My Quebec doctor simply wrote a prescription and emailed it to this online pharmacy. Then, I placed my order online and sent a cheque to pay for it. The one major drawback is this pharmacy does not accept major credit cards other than American Express. I don't understand why that is.
