Slower to ship out order (took about 3 weeks to leave) than other online pharmacies I have used since the pandemic broke out. I am more disappointed in the time it took to leave the warehouse than the actual ship time (though I was told it would be sent out express shipping). I wish the communication were more accurate, though I appreciate the response to my concerns from customer service. The medication did arrive on the 3rd of July.

Awful I been charged for my meds I called several times for updates do to an email I received to verify my prescription which I sent to you and also ordered my medication over the phone I realised I was trying to do it online and I ordered the wrong one and then cancelled it immediately the email stated that what I ordered was not a combination of oestrogen and progesterone I explained To several people I had cancelled the one that was just Estrogen immediately and it says on the website it had been cancelled but yet I cannot get any clarification if my prescription is coming or not they told me to let the process work so I am definitely frustrated they said they would call or email me it’s been days now and I’ve got nothing I will call again today 😡

Tempi lunghi, farmaci indiani spediti da Singapore come raccomandata (ma pagata come express delivery)

Ordered online 45 days ago,with payment and prescription as required,used USPS tracking and its been assigned a tracking # but it's not yet been delivered to USPS!!! If you have COPD like me, I strongly suggest you buy your meds somewhere else! No excuse. Pandemic or not!!!!!
