The stroller was hand delivered and picked up at our Disney Resorts lobby. The stroller was very clean and conveniently came with a rain cover, that came very handy one day at the park! Not something most people think to grab, but so happy it came with that because nothing would be worse than driving around kids in a soaking wet stroller!

So easy! Wish I would have connected on either end to offer a tip! We were so grateful for the dropoff and pickup-it was so smooth. The stroller was in great shape and boy were we glad to have the rain cover! 10/10 recommend!

Great stroller and even better customer service! I had to make adjustments due to delays in our travel time and they were very flexible and willing to work with me to make sure I had it when I needed it! I will definitely be using this service again in the future!

Delivery and pickup were fine but, I think the stroller could be updated.
