Couldn’t have been more pleased with the double-stroller we rented. Drop off and pick up was prompt and MOSTly at the time indicated in the emails. Pleasant people and quality stroller! Thanks so much for everything! I’d definitely rent here again if we go back to Disney.

Outstanding customer service.

Kingdom Strollers helped out so much! Best part: They delivered and picked up the stroller to and from our resort! A cooler bag and rain shield were included, and the stroller was super clean. Whole experience with Kingdom Strollers was great!! Only Con: the stroller could not be left at or picked up from bell services, as a lot of descriptions I read stated. So, just use that as information when planning your delivery and pick up times. This was a resort issue, not Kingdom Strollers.

Communication, dropoff and pickup were a breeze! The price was very reasonable too! The stroller was a lifesaver!

deangelo was super professional, kind & completely went out of his way to make things so much easier for me. I am a recent widow with a 5 yr old. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deliver and pick up the stroller. He waited extra for me due to the mears bus getting us late, as well as make the return so much more simple than the actual instructions. Seriously give this man a raise, he is so amazing and the big smile on his face and him calling to let me know he was there and was not even upset the bus was running late. This man is a true asset to your team, he is the main reason I will rent again from your company again. Plus the stroller was clean and worked perfectly

My experience was great! This was such an easy process. There’s great communication so you know when to expect the stroller, and it can not be easier with drop off and pick up at your resort. The stroller was in great condition & the accessories that come with it are perfect. I would absolutely recommend this company and I would do it all over again as well.
