The stroller was waiting for us at the airport even though they had closed for the evening. The stroller was in excellent condition! It made our trip to Disney incredibly convenient . This was the smartest thing we invested in for our trip with two small children.

Very Convenient. The stroller I got was extremely hard to break down, we knew what to do to break it down but it was just stuck/wouldn’t budge. I know from having rented and bought/used strollers prior that some are easier than others but again wasn’t that we didn’t know how to break it down it just wouldn’t budge which made life very frustrating.

Our stroller was perfect for our needs for the week. The delivery was prompt and pick up was also with great communication.

Loved the ease of picking up and dropping off the stroller, without needing to meet anyone at drop off. Our stroller was clean and worked great. Customer service always responded quickly.

It was nice to not have to travel all legs with a stroller and just pick it up at the airport. They made it quick to grab and also included cooler and rain protector (two things I didn’t honk I would need). The only downside is it’s location in the airport is on the complete opposite side of where the pick up and drop off are for the shuttles to the resorts/theme parks. It’s made it very stressful to have to do all of that navigating with children in tow.

Strollers were dropped off and picked up right at our front door. They were so accommodating to our needs with our rental house. Will definitely use again!

This is a very convenient service. I love that I didn’t have to worry about meeting Disney guidelines, and they were very flexible when we had to postpone the pickup due to travel issues. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Easy pick up at airport with everything labeled and ready to go. Stroller was clean and worked great. Pick up at resort also went super smooth. Only recommendation I might make would be to provide directions on how to collapse the stroller and how to adjust seats for sleeping in case people have not used that brand before.

I provided the wrong address at booking and corrected the night before delivery and stroller was there ready to go! So easy and great price!
