I bought several different items cannot remember exactly what but all seem to be satisfactory

One item failed to work. Contacted customer services but as yet no response. Newton's Apple the switch would not stay on and looks like has been damaged.

Prompt service

The christmas present did not arrive. A company email told me it would be dispatched. I was alerted by the recipient it had not arrived. The company, to their credit, have sent an email refunding the cost of the gift, this is the only indication I have that they have, for some reason, not fulfilled the order.

The photos and info on the website are excellent, really helped in choosing presents by age range and product type. It was an easy task! Postage and tracking are perfect too.
