The courier used was Royal Mail, consequently alternative delivery options were ignored and the parcel was repeatedly taken back to base. The gifts arrived too late for my purpose. Please change courier as Royal Mail just doesn’t work for people who have to go out.

As usual great service and value, and the Rocket performed just as it said on the box, sensational, at least 50ft in the air, totally spectacular, everyone loved it, not only Max!! And is reusable using simple household products - Well done team - enough said, thanks so much!
