I received my order correctly. However, at the same time I received another package meant for someone else. I tried several times to contact Bright Minds by ‘phone but they didn’t answer. They also didn’t answer my email. The intended person’s name and address were on the invoice inside the package so I contacted her directly and forwarded it on. Terrible customer service. It cost me £3.50 in postage for something that is not mine or the correct recipient’s fault.

The items I purchased were not good especially not for £30 for a bit of card and paper ,very disappointed ,then I had to pay to return them also charged for the postage for sending when it was free postage it was taken from my refund ,most companies have free returns in place especially on items that are poor quality ,I won't be ordering again because of this policy .

The item I received is faulty. I sent an email to ask for a replacement a week ago. I’m still waiting for a reply
