it took weeks to get my order…

it took weeks to get my order delivered. I could have gone to eBay and bought the parts for cheaper and within 3-5 days. Also, the packaging was not to par and just rattling around in the box. i recently bought 4 vehicles for my business and thought I'd try you out for suspension parts on the first one but with this awful experience, I will never shop with you again.

I bought koni fsd shocks installed them…

I bought koni fsd shocks installed them and they were not any better then my factory ones were i called to return them and they told me they cant I have to go to koni direct so word of warning these newer koni fsd shocks are not adjustable like the old ones, i didnt see that mentioned in the ad either so now i have to deal with koni and find a new set heavier duty,,shock warehouse doesnt take care of you when something goes wrong and this was within 30 days of purchase...

It would be nice to know before purchase if items are in stock. I also think items could have been drop shipped that probably would have gotten them at least a week earlier.

Well, first off, a few days afterbplacing the order, I got an email that has said the parts had shipped. 3 weeks later when I still had no parts, I called and a very rude person told me that they were still waiting to receive the front right strut from somewhere else. A week and a half later, the parts arrived in one big box. Inside that box, the two rear shocks were packaged in their own boxes and the two front struts were packaged in their own boxes. The front right strut box was heavily damaged and wrapped in a lot of plastic wrap. On the outside of the plastic wrap were the shipping stickers with shock warehouse's address all over it showing me that the box arrived to them this damaged. That same front right strut was missing the nut for the top. When I called to ask for a new piece, I was told that they wouldn't help me because this was the fault of the shipping company. Even though I explained over and over that this left their warehouse damaged and missing parts. They still refused to help. Well, apparently that nut is a special thread pitch and not easy to find. I spent an entire Saturday searching for a specialty store that would have what I needed. Thanks for nothing Shock Warehouse. I'll never shop there again. And I'll advise all my friends not to shop their either. Terrible customer service.
