Shocks and struts were great. The only issue is that your web site list struts as complete but they did not include springs and plates. Price was ok.

Shocks arrived in good condition, finally. First, the order was apparently 'lost' between office and warehouse. Several days delay while I waited patiently. Then no tracking notice for second part of shipment. I had to make two calls to get shockwarehouse to do THEIR job.

Communication was a little slow. After a week of not receiving any notice from them I emailed and requested a update for the order or a tracking number. I received response the next day saying the order had shipped and a tracking number was given. Package was received in acceptable amount of time(probably about 2 weeks total) slow in this day and age. Shocks were in the original packaging which were then put in a shipping box with no packing around them. One shock had punched its way out of its packing and poked a hole in shipping box. While there was no damage to the shock, I felt the lack of packing in the box to protect merchandise was a rookie move. I had placed order over the phone. The order taker was very courteous. The prices are very good and shipping was free. While communication was slow I feel they did ok and I would order from them again.

Products ordered were of top class quality. Very good web site for matching shocks to a specific vehicle. Definitely recommend to others.
