The rear gas shocks were not banded to keep them in place, I had to push the shock together and scramble to put them in the van or they would open up, I had to do this several times, also the other end of the shock that bolt to the rear end did not fit, I had to grind them down to fit in the cradle. I would never buy another shock from you. It took me 2 1/2 hours to put the rear shocks on. Bob Perrone, Bob's Aluminum.

Took 14 days to get a pair of shocks! Zero customer service. Called several times to only get a recorded message to tell me to click on the live chat feature. No answer there. Emailed to only get a rude email back saying we sent the tracking number four times. Unacceptable customer service. This day and age you never know if you're getting scammed from the interweb. I will never again use the shock warehouse or refer the shock warehouse.

I was supposed to receive six shocks. I received four. I contacted customer service and was told after waiting 15 minutes on hold that it would be December before the shocks shipped. I asked for a confirmation of ship date, but was never contacted again. I don't know if I have shocks on back order or not. This review reminds me that I need to call customer service again and cancel the back order if it's still in the system.

I have ordered twice and will order again when needed. The prices offer good value for quality parts. The service is excellent.
