Customer service gave me attitude every time I called for my tracking number, which I never got. One of the boots on the rear shocks was ripped.... which it wasn’t the end of the world but came to me as shock because I though they were “NEW”

On the website it told me it was the correct shock for my vehicle. When it arrived it was for earlier models and wasn't even close to fitting. It has no paper work with it and no return info. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2006 Toyota 4Runner with the Xreas suspension. I read their article on how the stock suspension could be replaced with the Bilstein 4600 series. They stated in the article that no dummy lights would go off on my dash because the stock shocks were not computer controlled and they are correct. The Bilstein shocks were an easy install for my mechanic. My vehicle doesn't bounce as much and my tires stick to the ground much better. Shockwarehouse.com shipped my order out very quickly and I am very satisfied with them.

Great price and excellent service from shock warehouse. Unfortunately, the Koni FSD shocks I ordered helped but did not solve my problem of excessive side-to-side rocking in our 2017 Winnebago View motorhome (shock warehouse never said they would, so I do not blame them). Will be selling the Koni's with less than 100 miles on them. I am looking into a set of Fox shocks that are valved just for this issue.
