Fast shipping and a great ride!

The shocks arrived on time and I had them installed on my Eurovan. The price was very competitive. I replaced the 12-year old Bilstein shocks that were on my van. They were completely worn out. Hope the new ones last the life of my van.

unbelievable service from both the person who took my order and the delivery service company, needed the shocks in a very short time frame and they even exceeded that time frame. Then there is the price structure, hard to beat. Beautiful package of service and delivery, a scare commodity these days.

Ordered shocks delivered, never arrived, Bob Larsen said I needed to file the claim with his shipper????? My contract was with them to deliver 4 shocks, not with his shipper (FedEx). Shipped without a signature required and not delivered to my home. Check their BBB F rating before they moved from FL to MS, 80% of cases not resolved and 18 open complaints. Don't buy here, I'm out almost $200 and no help from them. Steven P in OK
